The Role
As an M&A Discovery & Execution Consultant (Generalist), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of integration and separation programmes across the deal lifecycle. You will work across business and technology domains to structure problems, analyse data, and support execution, ensuring that deal objectives are translated into actionable plans and delivered effectively.
You will be involved in discovery, planning, and execution activities, including due diligence support, Day 1 readiness preparation, and post-close programme delivery. Acting as a flexible, cross-functional contributor, you will work closely with programme leads, workstream owners, and client stakeholders to drive progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded consultant who can operate across multiple domains—combining analytical capability, structured thinking, and hands-on delivery support. You will be expected to bring clarity to ambiguous situations, build high-quality outputs, and contribute to the overall success of complex M&A programmes.
