Minimum Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Value-Based Care (VBC), with a proven track record of driving operational performance and delivering successful quality/financial outcomes.
- 6-8 years of experience utilizing healthcare data analytics to uncover strategic insights, solve complex problems, and improve performance outcomes.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a structured team (minimum of 3+ direct reports)
- Results-oriented leader with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Proven success collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes of major projects
