The role
You’ll be the pen and the mind behind how Vera is perceived by the world.

Vera is already one of the fastest clinical products in history, built and scaled without marketing, and now the opportunity is to take that momentum and turn it into something unmistakable, a brand people recognize instantly, a point of view that cuts through the noise, and a story that carries as far as the product itself can go.

This isn’t about running ads or optimizing funnels, it’s about how we put what we stand for into the world, how we speak, and how that shows up consistently across everything we do, from how we describe the product to how we engage with clinicians, partners, and press.

To do this well, you need to understand the product deeply enough that you’re not relying on messaging layers or abstractions, but can explain exactly what it does, why clinicians trust it, and what makes it different, because the only way this works is if it comes from that level of clarity.

You’ll work directly with the founders on positioning, narrative, and how Vera shows up externally, with full ownership and no existing structure to lean on, which means you’re not just executing on a direction, you’re setting it, and the standard you set will carry forward as the company grows.

  • Take what’s already working and turn it into something deliberate and scalable

  • Write everything that matters, from product launches to narrative to day-to-day communication

  • Decide how we reach clinicians in ways that actually land

  • Own marketing from day one and and shape what it becomes

How we work

Ship, then improve. We get things in front of users fast and let real feedback drive iteration. A feature in production teaches you more than a month of planning.

Own it completely. There's no handoff culture here. You take a problem and see it through, from first principles to production.

Always look out for the user. Every decision comes back to the clinician on the other end. If it doesn't make their day better, it doesn't ship.
