The Marketing Programmes & Events & Social Media Coordinator is a central execution role within AVK's marketing team, responsible for keeping marketing programmes, campaigns and events running on time, on brief and on budget. The role requires a structured, process-oriented individual who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously tracking deadlines, coordinating suppliers and agencies, and ensuring nothing is left behind across a growing portfolio of marketing initiatives.
The Coordinator owns the operational delivery of AVK's campaign calendar and events programme, acting as the connective tissue between the marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution. A natural planner who thrives on organisation, clear processes, and follow-through will be most successful here. The events space in Data Centres is thriving, we’ll be at events such as DCD Connect Live and DataCloud Global Congress in Cannes.
Alongside this programme and events foundation, the role takes hands-on ownership of social media content coordination scheduling, publishing, and supporting the creation of short-form, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This content dimension is not a separate function but a direct extension of the events and campaign work: capturing moments, repurposing outputs, and maintaining a steady, recognisable presence across channels.
