As part of our Apprentice intake for 2026, we are looking to recruit a Mechanical Apprentices to work within our Delivery teams The following opportunities are available in the following regions: 1 x Wales, 2 x South West, 3 x Southern

Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.

The Role

As an Apprentice, you will be working alongside a team of experienced engineers, assisting in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across various client sites. You will receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical engineering.

Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime paid.

This is a field-based role. You will be paid your travel time door to door.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Learning how to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Following health and safety procedures and wearing personal protective equipment
  • Communicating effectively with team members and clients
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Please note that we do not have a training provider for this role yet, and we will source this once we have employed a candidate. The training provider we use will be dependent on te level of experience and qualifications of the candidate.
