About the Practice 

We are a prestigious plastic surgery and medical spa practice nestled in the heart of Naples, Florida, serving a discerning clientele who expect the highest standard of care, discretion, and results. Our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless, luxury experience — from the first consultation through every treatment and follow-up. We are growing our aesthetics team and seeking a skilled, passionate Medical Aesthetician to elevate our patient experience. 

This position is based fully on-site at our Naples, FL practice. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays based on patient demand. Our practice is a discreet, upscale environment — professionalism, confidentiality, and a genuine commitment to patient care are non-negotiable expectations for all team members. 

Who We Are Looking For  

The Medical Aesthetician will perform a wide range of advanced skin care treatments in a clinical medical spa environment under physician oversight. This role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional technical skill, a warm patient-centered approach, and a commitment to ongoing education in aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering measurable, transformative outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform medical-grade facial treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and enzyme therapies 
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each patient's goals 
  • Educate patients on treatment options, home care regimens, and post-procedure instructions 
  • Assist with pre and post-operative skin preparation and recovery for surgical patients 
  • Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare products to support treatment outcomes 
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records and treatment documentation 
  • Uphold the highest standards of sterilization, sanitation, and safety protocols 
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and front desk staff to deliver a cohesive patient journey 
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education requirements
