This role builds production AI agents that automate repetitive work by turning system observations into reliable, deployable systems. What You'll Do

  • Own production AI agents end to end: build, deploy, monitor, and improve them.

  • Run experiments with new models, techniques, and use cases, benchmark results, and ship what works.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience shipping production code and building AI agents.

  • Strong Python skills and experience deploying LLMs in production.

  • Demonstrated ability to own problems end to end and operate effectively in early-stage teams.

  • Comfortable talking to customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
