Compensation

• $45,000 base salary, paid weekly

• Uncapped commission, up to 170% of revenue sold

• Realistic Year 1 earnings: $80K to $120K

• Top performers earned $300k+ in 2025

• Base grows to $85K through performance milestones

• Clear promotion path: ramp to full-cycle Account Executive to senior roles

What You’ll Be Doing

• 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day

• Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners

• Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks

• Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2

• Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily

• Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching

Schedule & Location

• On-site, Uptown Charlotte office

• Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM ET

• First week of training: 9AM to 6PM ET
