What you'll do
Architect the company operating system - OKRs, dashboards, rituals, and planning cycles
Be the cross-functional glue helping teams move faster with fewer bottlenecks
Stand up core systems - HR, payroll, legal, compliance, contractor management
Build agentic workflows and tools that eliminate manual work
Lead special projects from new product launches to international expansion
