1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring an Operations Manager In-Training to join our Virginia Beach team! This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Operations Manager. We're looking for driven, outgoing individuals ready to lead a team and grow fast.

Location: Chesapeake, VA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23–$30/hr+ ($13 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including:
-Overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a team of drivers and crew members 
  • Oversee daily junk removal operations 
  • Close sales with residential and commercial customers on-site 
  • Track performance metrics and improve service quality
  • Manage equipment, inventory, and compliance  
  • Work in the field alongside your team as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in management, logistics, sales, or dispatch
  • 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule:

  • 8–12 hour shifts
  • 1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
