Summary of the role:

A motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with a strong background in both sales and healthcare operations will be responsible for guiding patients through their care journey while promoting our healthcare programs and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and confident in achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Healthcare Program Sales:
  • Engage prospective patients in-person as well as via phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels, and email to provide information and promote healthcare programs.
  • Manage leads and nurture leads through CRM systems to ensure timely communication and conversions.
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Offering a warm and welcoming attitude to all patients and visitors inquiring about our services through in-person and telecommunication routes.
  1. Patient Coordination: 
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow through EMR systems.
  • Verify insurance eligibility for services and coordinate with clinical teams for both in-person and remote visits (at-home blood tests, pharmacy deliveries, etc).
  • Facilitating efficient in-clinic patient flow by maintaining clear communication with both patients and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, program progress, and service delivery.
  • Track and encourage patient adherence to program milestones and follow-up visits.
  1. Client Relationship Management: 
  • Build strong relationships with patients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive patient experience and retention.
  1. Product Knowledge and Promotion: 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and healthcare industry trends.
  • Confidently educate patients about program offerings and benefits.
