At Mindera, we craft software with people we love. 💛
We're looking for an experienced People Processes Specialist to join our Operations team!
For this role, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves organizing things, naturally pays close attention to detail, and brings a warm, energetic approach to the team. If you thrive on open feedback and want to make a real impact on people's daily lives at work, you will fit right in.
Above all, it's all about putting people first! So communication, trust, and collaboration are just as important as any other skills you bring to the table.
When you join Mindera we welcome you into a fun and politics-free work culture, built on the principles of lean and self-organisation.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Run the daily operations: Be a reliable, go-to person for our team’s questions and needs, making sure our day-to-day People Processes runs smoothly.
- Manage the employee lifecycle: Support colleagues through key moments of their journey at Mindera, including contract changes, leaves of absence, maternity processes, employee documentation, and other people-related administrative processes, ensuring compliance while providing a smooth employee experience.
- Own onboarding and offboarding: Run and improve how people join and leave the company, ensuring it's a great experience for everyone involved.
- Keep us legally sound: Handle our local, EU, and ISO compliance. You’ll be making sure we follow the rules without letting bureaucracy slow us down.
- Manage comp and benefits: Keep an eye on our salary and benefits packages, making sure they stay fair, clear, and competitive.
- Drive events and travel: Organize travel logistics and events (both internal and external) to keep our community connected.
- Turn data into action: Don't just build reports; look at the numbers, figure out what's working or what's broken, and actually fix it.
- Speak up and experiment: We don't want a checklist-follower. We want someone who learns fast, questions how we do things, and takes smart risks to make things better.
