- Du unterstützt uns bei allgemein anfallenden Aufgaben im Label wie A&R, Marketing und Produktkoordination.
- Du entdeckst vielversprechende neue Künstler:innen durch Social Media und die Nutzung von Streaming-Daten.
- Du packst beim Scheduling und Set-up der Releases richtig mit an.
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und unterstützt bei Meetings.
- Du bearbeitest Bild- & Videodateien und zauberst kreativen Content für unsere Socials.
- Du erstellst und teilst Kampagnen- und Streaming-Analysen.
- Und koordinierst künstler:innenunabhängige Projekte wie Events, Merch oder Awards.
Wer du bist
- Du liebst Musik, am meisten Dance, Pop & Rap und hast Spaß am Talentscouting
- Mit TikTok, Instagram, Soundcloud, Twitch und Canva kennst du dich aus.
- Du gibst Daten eine Relevanz, nicht nur deinem Bauchgefühl.
- Office365 kannst du sehr gut.
- Genau wie Deutsch und Englisch. In Wort und Schrift.
- Eigenständiges, organisiertes Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
