What You'll Do
Build product features end-to-end, including domain models, business logic, and API integrations.
Drive deployment and iteration with data-driven, incremental releases toward bold milestones.
Leverage robust data pipelines and analytics to evaluate product and system performance using SQL and analytics tools.
Debug complex state machines in an event-driven backend using pub/sub to ensure a seamless user experience.
Ship to production through a rapid CI/CD process, owning implementations end-to-end and addressing production incidents as needed.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs with authentication/authorization patterns and rate limiting.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including data modeling and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and code review processes.
Direct consumer product experience (developed products for consumers, not just B2B).
Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub) for scalable data pipelines.
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Go (golang) deployed on GCP.
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Nice to have: Background from Big Tech or startup environments.
