We currently have a vacancy for a QA Automation Engineer (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Your tasks

  • Designing the full testing framework - including unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing - tailored to the ServiceNow customization;
  • Collaborating closely with the project team to understand application requirements, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
  • Coordinating with business owners, developers, and end-user representatives to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world usage across different regions, roles, and support request types;
  • Reviewing manual test cases and user stories in Azure DevOps projects;
  • Creating and managing test cases, test data, and defects in Azure DevOps;
  • Participating in Sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
