👀 The Role

Title: Real Time CRM Executive

As a Real Time CRM Executive at Midnite, you’ll help execute and optimise customer engagement campaigns designed to influence player behaviour while customers are actively interacting with our product. You’ll work closely with the Real Time CRM Manager to deliver behavioural messaging, triggered communications and automated engagement journeys across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who wants hands-on exposure to sophisticated real-time customer engagement within a fast-growing gaming business. You’ll gain experience across behavioural targeting, automation, experimentation, reporting and optimisation while contributing directly to customer retention and engagement growth.

You will:

  • Build, QA and launch real-time CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS channels.
  • Support behavioural automations and customer engagement journeys.
  • Build audience segments, triggers and targeting logic within Braze.
  • Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters and bonus setup.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Real-Time CRM Manager to execute engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, BI and Engineering teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support reactive campaign activity aligned to the sporting calendar and live customer behaviour.
