Description
We build content engines for brands, creators, and entrepreneurs. Our clients include Apple, Snapchat, Liquid Death, Golden Goose, Poppi, and MGK.
We move fast and the team we build has to match that. We're not hiring to fill a seat — we're looking for someone who's obsessed with finding the right people.
If you have no experience using Workable, do not apply.
What you'll do
Own our hiring pipeline end-to-end inside Workable. Post roles, source and screen candidates, and move the right people through the funnel — primarily for graphic designer and video editor positions. This is a focused role. You're here to hire, nothing else.
What we need from you
Hands-on Workable experience — non-negotiable. A proven ability to evaluate creative talent: you know how to review a design portfolio or a video editor's reel and make a call quickly. You're organized, reliable, and don't need to be chased.
What you get
Fully remote, async, work from anywhere. Small team, no bureaucracy. A clear and focused scope — you own the hiring process. $500–$1,000/month USD, part-time.
Our hiring process
Three steps. No runaround.
- Application — tell us how you've used Workable and which creative roles you've hired for
- Assessment — a short task to see how you screen and evaluate candidates
- Interview — a conversation with our team
