Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Relocation Coordinator to support individuals and families through key stages of their relocation journey. In this role, you will help coordinate housing, school placement, local services, and administrative processes to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
You will work closely with internal client service teams to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously—balancing research, coordination, scheduling, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relocation Support :
Provide direct operational support to the Client Services team throughout the relocation process
Coordinate home searches, including scheduling apartment and home tours and preparing organized viewing itineraries
Support school searches by researching schools, gathering information, communicating with admissions offices, and coordinating school visits
Assist clients with relocation-related logistics and help ensure a seamless transition experience
Research & Coordination :
Conduct research on local neighborhoods, schools, government procedures, and destination resources
Coordinate utility setup processes including electricity, water, gas, cable, internet, and other local services
Schedule appointments and support administrative requirements related to relocation processes
Serve as a reliable point of coordination between clients and external vendors
Operations & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems and internal relocation resources
Track timelines, deadlines, and client deliverables across multiple active cases
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure information accuracy and completeness
Continuously identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows and client experience
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in operations, customer success, relocation, hospitality, real estate coordination, project coordination, executive support, or client services
Strong research and information validation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with New York Tri-State geography and neighborhoods (especially Manhattan)
Knowledge of local real estate, relocation, schools, or housing markets
Experience working with CRM systems and operational tools
Previous experience supporting international clients or relocation programs
