About Prevail Partners

Prevail Partners is a specialist risk management, intelligence, security, and operational support company delivering discreet, professional and unrelenting excellence to clients operating in complex environments.

As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for outstanding Residential Security Team Operators to join our growing team. We seek individuals who are professional, reliable, and presentable, with a genuine commitment to service excellence and client care.

Our teams are trusted to protect people, property, and reputations. Success in this role requires professionalism, discretion, strong judgement, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Residential Security Team (RST) Operators to support a Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family and associated properties across multiple UK locations.

The role may require some travel throughout the UK and occasional overnight stays. Depending on operational requirements.

Working as part of a wider protective security team, you will maintain the safety and security of residential properties, estates, family vehicles, family members and visitors whilst proactively identifying risks and vulnerabilities.

This position operates on a shift rotation pattern.

Due to operational requirements, there may be occasional requirements to support or substitute into Close Protection Officer duties where appropriately qualified and where client needs dictate.

This position offers flexibility in terms of where candidates are based within the UK; however, the successful individual must be able to travel with limited notice whenever business needs require. Given the responsive nature of the role, applicants must have sufficient availability to undertake assignments as they arise and should not have competing full-time employment, security commitments, or other obligations that could affect their ability to mobilise quickly. Candidates are encouraged to consider any professional, personal, or family commitments that may impact their availability, as a high degree of flexibility and readiness to deploy is essential to success in this role.
