Do you love fashion, connecting with people, and creating exceptional customer experiences? cabi Outlet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Key Carrier to support store leadership, drive sales, and help create an engaging shopping experience for every customer.

This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys taking initiative, building customer relationships, and serving as a leader on the sales floor. As a Key Carrier, you'll play an important role in daily store operations and help support the success of both the team and the business.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences
  • Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and customer outreach
  • Support sales goals and key performance metrics
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor while assisting customers and supporting teammates
  • Assist with phone orders and customer inquiries

Leadership & Team Support

  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
  • Support daily store operations and task execution
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
  • Lead by example through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and accountability
  • Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members

Store Operations

  • Support merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing
  • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Assist with cash handling, banking procedures, and operational processes
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet business needs
  • Support additional store initiatives and projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail experience as a Sales Associate, Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar role preferred
  • Passion for fashion and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support others
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to handle cash and store assets responsibly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of retail experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use ladders and step stools as needed

Schedule

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage as business needs require.
