  • Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customers

  • Educate prospects on Higgsfield’s products, capabilities, and use cases

  • Identify decision makers, business needs, timelines, and expansion opportunities

  • Coordinate and schedule follow-up conversations, demos, and product discussions

  • Maintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking

  • Partner closely with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights and feedback

  • Support inbound conversion efforts across multiple global time zones

  • Help drive pipeline progression from initial inquiry through closed revenue

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or another client-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities

  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearly

  • Experience working with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer communication preferred

  • CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive, low-ego approach
