We're looking for experienced sales professionals with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience who want more ownership, greater earning potential, and a genuine pathway into Account Executive and leadership roles.

What You'll Be Doing
Although a high-volume activity role. We care about results.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and executing targeted outbound campaigns into HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance teams
- Qualifying inbound demand and converting interest into qualified pipeline
- Managing the full sales cycle on SME opportunities, from discovery through to close
- Running demos, handling objections, negotiating commercials, and securing contracts
- Working closely with Account Executives on larger enterprise opportunities
- Maintaining accurate Salesforce records and contributing to forecasting
- Developing account strategies and owning your territory like a business
