The challenge awaiting you:

As an integral part of our sales function, you will identify and contact B2B prospects, creating qualified consultations for our Regional Sales Representatives. Through close collaboration with the field team, you will help drive pipeline growth and win new business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation  - Identify and contact potential B2B prospects that fit the ideal customer profile
  • Outbound Outreach - Conduct high‑volume cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
  • Hold discovery-style conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and timelines and accurately record qualification notes and next steps in the CRM
  • Secure high‑quality consultations and demos for Regional Sales Representatives
  • Performance Tracking - Meet or exceed KPIs such as calls, meetings booked, qualified opportunities and pipeline management.
  • Ensure you and the business remain GPDR compliant at all times.
  • Continuous Learning - Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.  Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and skill‑building workshops.
