Sales Specialist

Description

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to win and scale multi-million euro partnerships with global F&B brands by selling beekeeping projects that turn pollination into measurable commercial value. This is high-stakes, high-impact work where you will engage directly with sustainability leaders at the world’s largest food companies, translating ecological impact into "boardroom-ready" business cases that drive Net Zero and regenerative agriculture targets.

To succeed, you must become the definitive expert: mastering the internal networks of global agribusinesses, navigating complex supply chain challenges, and speaking the language of Science-Based Targets and Nature Positive goals to convert interest into high-ROI action.

Job Responsibilities

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Pinpoint and connect with key decision-makers—from ESG Directors to farm managers—within global F&B and agribusiness sectors

  • Bridge the gap between internal silos by mapping stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, and procurement

  • Expand reach through peer referrals and establish a reputation as a thought leader

Prospect with Precision

  • Spot the "execution gap" in ESG reporting where corporate goals haven't yet met measurable action

  • Map key focus areas such as regenerative agriculture and supply chain transparency

  • Assess budget cycles and procurement workflows to ensure a fast-tracked decision-making process

Sell Through Impact

  • Quantify pollination as a driver for biodiversity, traceability, and carbon goals

  • Bridge the gap between corporate environmental goals and operational risk reduction

  • Ensure our offerings are recognized as validated contributions toward corporate Nature Positive and Science-Based Target goals

  • Pivot from listening to execution by diagnosing sourcing hurdles and delivering high-ROI proposals with concrete, phased timelines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in agribusiness or food & beverage sectors)

  • Proven track record prospecting and closing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and building business cases for sustainability initiatives

  • Exceptional at identifying and engaging sustainability decision-makers

  • Strong business case development—you help internal champions secure buy-in and budget

  • Hands-on with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), pricing tools, and analytics (Sheets/Excel)

  • Outstanding communication skills—you translate technical impact into compelling narratives

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and persistence

  • Hard worker who can manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously

  • Realistic judgment about when sustainability interest converts to budget commitment

  • Genuine passion for environmental impact (not just a buzzword)

  • Fluent English required; French, Spanish, Portuguese a strong advantage

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:

    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device:

    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:

    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.

    • Must be functional during power interruptions.

  • Peripherals and Workspace:

    • A functioning webcam.

    • A noise-canceling USB headset.

    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.

    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
