The 1000heads Account team is a proud, powerful collective of social media obsessives who are experts in managing client relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Creative, Insights, Design, Community Management, and Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented Senior Account Executive with strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills. As a key member of the account team, you will take ownership of day-to-day client communications and project delivery, helping to drive workstreams forward while ensuring a high standard of execution across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day account operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, objectives, industry landscape, and key challenges, applying this knowledge to inform recommendations and account support.
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, building and maintaining positive working relationships across client teams.
  • Lead account administration responsibilities, including meeting scheduling, agenda creation, status tracking, asset management, timelines, and follow-up communications.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, preparing relevant materials, documenting key decisions, and providing clear recaps and action items to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Relationships, Community Management, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Insights to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support the development of client presentations, status reports, strategic recommendations, and campaign documentation.
  • Maintain performance tracking documents, reporting tools, and account resources to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging opportunities relevant to client business objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and helping develop best practices across the team.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability while effectively managing priorities and communicating proactively with Account Managers and Account Directors.
