The Opportunity
We’re looking for a versatile designer with strong digital and UI sensibilities to help shape how our company looks, feels, and communicates across web, brand, and internal experiences.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between interface design, brand systems, marketing assets, and creative problem-solving. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the company’s visual direction across a wide range of touchpoints — from website experiences and internal tools to presentations, social content, and brand systems.
You’ll have significant creative ownership, direct influence on how the company presents itself, and the opportunity to shape design processes from the ground up.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with developers and leadership to create intuitive interfaces and maintain a high-quality user experience across web and internal systems
- Evolve and extend our brand identity, building a cohesive visual language across all channels
- Create and maintain reusable design assets, UI patterns, templates, and scalable design systems used throughout the company
- Design and refine polished digital experiences across our website, internal tools, and communication touchpoints
- Support company communications through high-quality visual work including presentations, website updates, social content, and occasional motion/video editing
- Own projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery, balancing speed, quality, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Help shape not only visual output, but also how design is embedded into the company’s broader workflows and decision-making
