About the Role
As part of Expereo’s Digital Office operating under the Single-Threaded Owner (STO) model, the Senior Business Analyst will work within outcome-oriented, cross-functional squads within the Commercial XP domain. You will be responsible for translating complex business processes into outcome-targeted solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and technical delivery teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deeply understanding business workflows, shaping scalable business digital processes, and contributing to continuous improvement through structured analysis, documentation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Process Analysis
- Partner with Product Managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business problems and suggest solution.
- Map end-to-end commercial workflows (e.g., lead-to-cash) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, and alignment sessions across squads.
Solution Design Support
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Engineers working with other technologies to design scalable solutions informed by documented requirements.
- Assist in creating data models, integration requirements, and security & access considerations.
- Validate proposed designs to ensure they align with customer-centric outcomes and architectural guidelines.
Quality Assurance & Testing (QA experience preferred)
- Write clear, testable acceptance criteria for all user stories.
- Support the QA Specialist in developing and executing functional, regression, and integration test scenarios.
- Validate automation, flows, integrations, and data mappings before deployment.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet performance, data quality, and reliability expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with technical squads, frontend & backend engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure solution alignment, similar to collaboration patterns in the Developer role.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
- Promote standardization of business processes and help teams adopt shared Salesforce capabilities.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved user experience on Salesforce.
- Contribute to the evolution of Salesforce governance, standards, and reusable business components.
- Support innovation initiatives such as AI-assisted workflows and data-driven decision tools (mirroring innovation expectations from the Developer role).
