Our Events:
The core focus for the rest of 2026 turns to COP, Antalya, Türkiye, from 9 to 20 November 2026.
Activities include the Climate Action Innovation Zone which hosts our flagship forums, The Sustainable Finance Forum, The Agri-Food System Summit, The Hydrogen Transition Summit and the Sustainable Innovation Forum.
The Climate Action portfolio of projects and events also includes: The Sustainable Investment Forum in both Europe and North America, during Climate Week NYC, and The Climate Innovation Forum during London Climate Action Week
Role Purpose:
The Conference Producer shapes our sponsorship-driven events portfolio, delivering a commercially viable programme with a clear value proposition and tier-1, high-impact speakers that engage and attract global audiences.
About the Role:
You will own the creation and delivery of high-impact events, shaping content, agendas, and programmes that align with the climate agenda. These events aim to bring together decision-makers and policy experts.
You’ll manage the end-to-end production process, from research and topic curation to speaker engagement, event execution, and post-event analysis.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure every event delivers value for audiences, sponsors, and partners, while continuously exploring new themes and opportunities to maximise environmental and social impact.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in high-profile events, attended by senior representatives from regional governments, UN agencies, international and regional NGOs, investors, donors, research institutes, and solution providers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage the full production lifecycle of events aligned with the climate agenda
- Create a compelling event value proposition to attract high-level speakers, sponsors, key partners and the target audience, to be delivered through sponsorship and marketing briefs
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry challenges, and translate this research into commercially attractive agendas. This includes session content, interviewers, speaker scripts and production briefs
- Ensure a timely delivery of events, with accurate milestone tracking, that achieve set KPIs/goals. This will include the management of onsite event execution and post event analysis and reporting
- Support the Commercial team by coordinating sponsorship participation, and establishing content and speaker inventories to support revenue targets
- Design and implement strategies for audience acquisition and engagement
- Work with marketing to keep event websites up to date with speakers, partners, sessions, and key information
- Write promotional copy for marketing campaigns and editorial content
- Keep your finger on the pulse by research and validation of new topics throughout the year to identify new timely launches
