Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer toown, operate, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure on GCP. You will be responsible for daily operations, deployments, monitoring and security across our Linux-based platform, enabling reliable and scalable application delivery.
Your responsibilities will entail:
- Administer and troubleshoot Ubuntu Linux servers, including user management and system hardening across production, staging, and UAT environments;
- Manage and deploy Docker-based applications on GCP VMs, including container networking and lifecycle management;
- Design, build, and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines supporting rolling and blue/green deployment strategies across all environments;
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and automate configuration management with Ansible;
- Set up, configure and operate OpenVPN for secure network access and user management;
- Monitor systems, set up alerting, and build dashboards using New Relic and GCP Monitoring;
- Own incident response end-to-end: detection, containment, resolution and post-mortem;
- Manage Managed MySQL, undertake monitoring duties, backups, access control and basic troubleshooting;
- Enforce security best practices with IAM roles, access policies, secrets management and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle;
- Write and maintain Bash scripts for automated tasks, cron jobs and deployment workflows;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
