Our client is a fast-growing cloud and AI consultancy delivering AWS-native and GenAI solutions for enterprise clients across the region, including financial services organizations.
They are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead to build scalable cloud applications, drive technical excellence, and help shape modern AI-powered engineering practices.
What you will do:
- Deliver enterprise-grade GenAI and cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients.
- Design and maintain AWS architectures, primarily on EKS/Kubernetes with some Serverless workloads.
- Develop scalable applications using Python and TypeScript.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern engineering best practices.
- Leverage AI/LLM tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on architecture, modularization, and technical improvements.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards and delivery quality.
What you will need:
- Strong experience with Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as FastAPI, NestJS, or React.
- Solid understanding of the full SDLC, including testing, deployment, and operations.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, or Serverless.
- Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and TDD/BDD.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality.
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
