What we’re looking for

  • We are looking for a senior growth marketer who can operate as a high-output generalist across multiple channels, with a strong track record of scaling products in PLG or performance-driven environments.
  • You should have deep, hands-on experience owning lifecycle marketing end-to-end, with a clear understanding of how to drive efficient growth through social, email, and content. You are comfortable managing the full funnel and understand how acquisition, activation, and retention link together commercially.
  • You are highly effective in using AI tools, including Claude, to increase speed, output, and quality of execution across campaigns, content, and experimentation.
  • You bring a strong commercial mindset, with a clear grasp of CAC, LTV, and conversion dynamics, and you use data to make decisions rather than relying on intuition alone.
  • You are highly execution-focused. You do not wait for perfect information or extensive planning. You test quickly, learn from results, and iterate at pace. You are comfortable running multiple experiments in parallel and prioritising based on impact.
  • You are experienced working with influencers, agencies, or partner channels, and understand how to turn these into scalable acquisition drivers rather than one-off wins.
  • You are highly effective in using AI tools, including Claude, to increase speed, output, and quality of execution across campaigns, content, and experimentation.
  • Finally, you are a hands-on builder. You create, execute, and optimise yourself. You are comfortable operating with pace and pressure, and you are motivated by owning outcomes rather than contributing to a small part of the process.
