Senior Lead - 3PL Operations

As the Senior Lead of 3PL Operations, you will drive the performance and execution of our warehouse and distribution networks to serve multi-channel customers. Your strategic contribution will focus on driving productivity enhancements, cultivating 3PL relationships, and building scalable capacity to support progressive, sustainable systems change within our supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Operations, LATAM on the supply chain team, you will be the senior onsite stakeholder responsible for tactical and strategic initiatives as we focus on scaling the business.
Your Mission
- Lead operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives with third-party logistics partners to achieve productivity, quality, and financial milestones across the distribution network
- Facilitate medium and long-range capacity planning and forward labor strategies in conjunction with 3PL providers to support high-velocity growth and seasonal volume fluctuations
- Partner cross-functionally with Controlling, Sales, Customer Service, Technology, and Transportation teams to optimize inbound and outbound workflows and deliver a premium customer experience
- Own end-to-end logistics project implementation by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing technical roadmaps, and proactively mitigating execution risks
- Audit and assess weekly and monthly partner performance data across warehousing metrics, inventory management strategies, and compliance standards to create targeted improvement plans
- Coordinate and execute structured Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews with logistics partners to provide directional insights and ensure alignment with regional targets
- Leverage Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Warehouse Management Systems to optimize slotting, allocation, stock accuracy, and automated facility processes
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance environment with external partners that champions collaborative problem-solving and models sustainable operational excellence
Your Story
- You bring 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management working within fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- You bring 1+ years of direct people leadership experience guiding operational teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic logistics environment
- Proven expertise managing large-scale 3PL relationships, including auditing performance metrics and leading continuous improvement initiatives across complex distribution networks
- Strong technical aptitude with Warehouse Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning software to optimize inventory placement, wave planning, and dock operations
- Commercial and financial acumen with experience reviewing operational controls, staffing models, and procedures to optimize productivity and meet targeted business metrics
- Excellent relational intelligence with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate technical roadmaps clearly and concisely
- Exceptional grit and adaptability when managing shifting priorities, navigating operational uncertainty, and delivering under tight timelines
