We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to join the Qualco Technology Marketing team. The successful candidate will own and execute regional Go-To-Market (GTM) marketing initiatives across Europe and MENA.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support regional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to understand regional business objectives, define target accounts, and design effective GTM marketing plans;
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, conference sponsorships, international media relations, and other GTM initiatives.
  • Create and manage social media (SoMe) content supporting GTM activities;
  • Work closely with Digital, Design, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns;
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including vendor coordination, giveaways inventory, event logistics, shipments, and procurement processes;
  • Track budgets and ensure accurate financial monitoring of GTM activities;
  • Deliver reporting and performance analysis based on data and KPIs;
  • Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
