We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.

As our Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll work closely with our Growth and Creative teams to build high-performing funnels, identify new testing opportunities, and guide creative strategy through data-backed insights.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, understands performance deeply, moves quickly, and wants to help build a best-in-class performance marketing engine inside a rapidly scaling DTC brand.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels focused on profitable scale
  • Manage daily pacing, budget allocation, CAC targets, MER health, and KPI reporting
  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps across audiences, bidding strategies, creative, landing pages, and funnels
  • Partner closely with Creative to brief high-performing concepts, provide iterative performance feedback, and guide content direction with data-backed insights
  • Monitor platform trends, identify new growth opportunities, and proactively address performance fluctuations
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
  • Maintain reporting dashboards, campaign documentation, and weekly performance summaries for leadership
  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience within high-growth DTC environments
  • Strong expertise across Meta and Google Ads, with proven experience managing and scaling significant advertising budgets
  • Deep understanding of attribution, CAC, MER, ROAS, and full-funnel performance strategy
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative teams to drive performance through testing, iteration, and performance feedback
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make fast optimization decisions
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote team
