About the Role
Idoven is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed.
- Translate deals into cross-departmental projects/tasks.
- Drive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development, and hospital partnerships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocation
- Identify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logs
- Exercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech
- Report directly to the COO and support strategic planning
