Champion CX and best-practises with Hiring Managers and Interview teams, including requirements calibration, interview process, and objective decision making
Leverage data to continuously improve recruiting operations, and increase speed without compromising quality.
Promote Qumulo's employer brand with compelling messaging to candidates, and in Job Ads, social media content, etc.
Navigate ambiguity confidently, bringing clarity and structure to complex hiring needs
Collaborate with the People Team on hiring initiatives and strategic business needs
Our ideal Senior Recruiter will have:
5+ years of recruiting experience, including proven success in high-growth startup environments where you owned roles across a variety of functions including GTM or Sales
Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills with hands-on experience using modern tools and building complex Boolean searches
Strong technical fluency (cloud, infrastructure, engineering) to understand our needs, engage Hiring Managers and candidates, assess technical skill, and articulate Qumulo’s value proposition to a technical audience
A data-driven mindset with a record of optimizing recruiting process through technology, data, and workflow
The ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality, precision, and candidate experience
Experience working with the C-level, and coaching hiring managers with credibility and insight
Deep expertise with modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Gem, Ashby, SeekOut, Metaview, Juicebox, Clay, etc.), potentially including integrating new systems into recruiting workflows
Be able to work onsite in downtown Seattle at least 3 days per week
The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 USD plus pre-IPO equity and benefits. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills.
