Hello.

We are DesignScene a global creative agency crafting design-led events and experiential marketing campaigns for brands worldwide.

We are looking to strengthen our London team with the addition of a Senior Resource / Traffic Manager to work across physical, hybrid and digital events and activations.

This role is ideal for someone who can quickly embed themselves within the business, take ownership of day-to-day resourcing and time planning operations, and confidently manage workflows across multiple teams and projects from day one.

You will have 4+ years’ experience within an events or creative agency environment in a resource planning, traffic or studio management role, with a strong understanding of creative workflows, project delivery and operational best practice. You are highly organised, commercially aware, solutions-focused and thrive in fast-paced environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented global team on hugely creative and innovative projects. Our international clients include Amazon, Pinterest, Yahoo, T-Mobile and Live Nation, for whom we activate worldwide.

This is a highly operational role requiring someone who can confidently manage the day-to-day flow of resources, balance priorities across departments, identify bottlenecks before they arise and continuously improve planning processes and systems.

You will play a key role in driving commercially effective resource management through strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving and clear communication across international teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day resource allocation across Projects, Production and Creative teams
• Owning and improving resource planning processes, tools and reporting
