Our HR team is the backbone of Surfshark, handling everything people-related. They recruit top talent, onboard newcomers, and upskill employees through Talent Development. HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 500+ strong and continue to thrive.
Now, our HR team is looking for additional hands and brains to join and help us keep growing.
If you want to:
- Drive learning and talent development across dedicated departments, ensuring that people and business growth go hand in hand;
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify development needs and design impactful programs that boost talent density, leadership capability, and performance;
- Lead and facilitate dynamic, engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for diverse employee groups, including individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders;
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences — from workshops to scalable development initiatives — that foster continuous learning and growth;
- Play a key role in shaping organizational culture and change by supporting initiatives such as enhancing feedback culture, embedding company principles, and driving engagement;
- Contribute to future-focused projects, such as AI adoption from an HR and L&D perspective, ensuring employees are equipped with the right skills and mindset for transformation;
- Measure impact and continuously refine programs based on feedback and data, ensuring learning solutions remain both relevant and effective.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a similar role, ideally within a dynamic, fast-growing environment;
- Strategic mindset with the hands-on ability to design and deliver learning programs end-to-end;
- Exceptional group facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to all levels of the organization;
- Strong experience in cultural and change management initiatives, from concept to implementation;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- A data-informed approach to learning, using insights to track progress and improve outcomes;
- Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Experience with DISC is considered a plus.
