What You’ll Do
Build and maintain backend services and full-stack features
Develop scalable APIs and systems handling high-volume traffic
Improve system performance, reliability, and security
Collaborate with a distributed team with partial ET time zone overlap
Contribute to technical decisions and architecture as you grow in the role
What You Bring
4–7 years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on coding in JavaScript, Python, or Golang
Experience building APIs and scalable backend systems
Solid understanding of databases and system design fundamentals
Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like environments
Ability to work remotely with ET time zone overlap
Nice to have: Experience with PHP or maintaining legacy systems

Compensation and Benefits
USD $3,500–$4,000 per month (location-adjusted)
