Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi; pleasant and professional demeanor.
Effective problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to daily operational challenges.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling multi-functional responsibilities in early-stage setups (CUG plans, insurance coordination, office equipment vendors, etc.).
Managed cafeteria operations & employee meals program (breakfast/lunch/snacks), including vendor coordination, quality control, and hygiene standards.
End-to-end facilities management, including pantry and housekeeping operations.
Experience in managing AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor performance tracking.
Handled insurance coordination (employee insurance, vendor-related policies, etc.).
Strong budget management and cost optimization capabilities.
Coordinate with HR for employee engagement activities and office events.
Manage front office operations, including candidate handling, reception, and administration.
Education & Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in office administration / facility management / administration support roles.
Strong communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hind.
