  • Experience in handling multi-functional responsibilities in early-stage setups (CUG plans, insurance coordination, office equipment vendors, etc.).

  • Managed cafeteria operations & employee meals program (breakfast/lunch/snacks), including vendor coordination, quality control, and hygiene standards.

  • End-to-end facilities management, including pantry and housekeeping operations.

  • Experience in managing AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor performance tracking.

  • Handled insurance coordination (employee insurance, vendor-related policies, etc.).

  • Strong budget management and cost optimization capabilities.

  • Coordinate with HR for employee engagement activities and office events.

  • Manage front office operations, including candidate handling, reception, and administration.

Education & Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in office administration / facility management / administration support roles.

  • Strong communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hind.
