About Gen-e2TM

Your Role

You'll be at the heart of PALO IT Labs' recruitment operations, bridging talent sourcing with our AI-first engineering culture.

Your mission
• Source exceptional tech talent across our platform—identifying engineers, consultants, and product builders who match our Gen-e²™ mindset
• Screen and qualify candidates with precision, assessing both technical fit and alignment with our impact-driven values
• Deploy our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)—the compelling narrative that attracts the best to join our revolution
• Explore AI-driven automation tools to accelerate sourcing and screening workflows, reducing time-to-hire without compromising quality
• Support our Recruitment Ops strategy with data-driven insights, workflow optimization, and process documentation
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to ensure pipeline velocity and candidate experience excellence

This internship immerses you in modern tech recruitment, where you'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise recruitment platforms, learn how AI reshapes talent acquisition, and contribute meaningfully to building PALO IT's next generation of world-class experts.

Who You Are

• You are a commerce, HR school student, Sciences Po Master with genuine curiosity about technology, talent, and how great teams are built.

• You bring strong interest in tech recruitment and understanding of what drives top engineering talent

• Comfort with SaaS tools and data: you navigate Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Git-based workflows with ease

• Attention to detail in screening: you can evaluate a CV and LinkedIn profile for both explicit qualifications and cultural signals

• Fluent written and verbal English (you'll interact with global candidates and teams)

• Self-starter mentality: you own projects end-to-end, question what we do, and iterate without constant supervision

• Curiosity about AI and automation: you're excited to explore how LLMs and tools can make recruitment smarter, not just faste

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations

• Familiarity with technical stacks, developer communities, or open-source ecosystems

• Basic understanding of automation concepts or prompt engineering for AI tools
