Willis Aviation Services Limited is seeking an experienced Storage & Disassembly Manager to lead our aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly, teardown, and asset recovery operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing aircraft end-of-life programmes, maximising asset recovery value, and ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of storage and teardown projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly and teardown activities.

·         Manage aircraft end-of-life projects from induction through to final disposition.

·         Oversee component recovery, inventory control, traceability and asset management.

·         Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards and company procedures.

·         Drive safety, environmental compliance and operational excellence across all activities.

·         Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams including technicians, planners, logistics personnel and contractors.

·         Monitor project performance, budgets, recovery targets and operational KPIs.

·         Collaborate with customers, lessors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
