Qualities We're Seeking:

  • Energetic, personable, and empathetic

  • Strong problem-solving skills with solid basic mathematics skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong memory and attention to detail

  • Motivated to problem solve, develop new systems, and grow with the position

  • Artistic creativity is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare enrichment program materials (arts & crafts, woodworking and engineering materials)

  • Manage the maker team to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs

  • Proactively plan to anticipate company needs, including ordering, scheduling, and implementing protocols

  • Maintain a clean and positive workspace while managing office space effectively

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with city navigation to perform occasional material deliveries

  • No experience necessary, but comfortability with operating power tools

  • Ability to stand, bend over, walk, etc., for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible hours (we prefer regular hours, 20-25 hours per week)

Compensation:

  • $20-25 per hour
