Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) with a proven track record in online pharmacy. The ideal candidate will hold an independent prescriber qualification and have experience working in an online pharmacy.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory standards, and leading a team to achieve the company's performance targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
  2. Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring the pharmacy meets all legal and ethical requirements under GPhC, MHRA, and CQC regulations.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to grow the pharmacy's customer base, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  5. Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve the company's growth and performance KPIs, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Ensure seamless integration of new services and products, whilst optimising existing operations to improve the customer experience.
  7. Monitor and analyse business performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to adapt and innovate in a competitive market.
  8. Develop relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and healthcare professionals to expand the pharmacy's reach and services.
  9. Drive initiatives that enhance the pharmacy's digital presence, improve marketing efforts, and optimise the online customer journey.
