As a Supplier Marketing Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d) in our E-commerce team, you will take on a critical commercial challenge: jumpstarting and scaling the activation of our Supplier base. Right now, your mission is to hustle and push Suppliers to provide the compelling content, exclusive offers, and promotions we need to make the Booksy Store an attractive destination. However, your ultimate goal is to shift this dynamic completely - proving our platform's immense sales value so that Suppliers are constantly knocking on our door, pushing us to feature their products. We are looking for someone with a relentless commercial instinct who wakes up every morning asking, "What else can I sell today?" To achieve this, you will manage the marketing calendar with Suppliers, proactively suggest trade activations to drive successful sell-out, and build coherent purchasing paths to ensure continuity of marketing communication week-to-week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Trade Marketing:
- Promotional Strategy: Creating, planning, and executing the B2B promotional calendar in annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly views.
- Managing Campaigns with Suppliers: Negotiating with Suppliers the terms of promotional campaigns, marketing budgets, exclusive offers, etc.
- Supplier Activation: Ongoing contact with suppliers (weekly engagement), building and maintaining relationships to sustain their engagement in promoting themselves in the Booksy Store.
- Commercial Moments: Identification and creation of key opportunities to increase sales based on seasonality, product category insights, or unique offers (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day).
- Ongoing trade activation: Proactively suggesting products with high sell-out potential and driving sell-out with trade marketing and merchandising tools.
- E-Merchandising:
- Visual Display: Responsibility for the visual display of products in the store (managing banners, brand positioning on lists, cross-selling).
- Purchasing Path: Ensuring a coherent and attractive purchasing path during marketing campaigns: Home Page (HP) → Product Listing Page (PLP) → Product Detail Page (PDP).
- Results Analysis:
- Monitoring and Reporting: Analyzing the effectiveness of conducted campaigns, sell-out results of advertised products, and purchasing behavior patterns.
- Optimization: Continuously optimizing future actions based on conclusions from completed campaigns.
