Role overview:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and help us scale our Sales & Advertising department.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top commercial talent within the CTV, AdTech, and Digital Advertising ecosystem. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with leadership to build strong, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Advertising roles across Commercial, Business Development, and AdTech/CTV functions, ensuring strong alignment with business needs and hiring priorities.
- Proactively source and engage top-tier talent, including passive candidates, using advanced headhunting techniques across digital advertising, media, and connected TV ecosystems.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive efficient, high-quality hiring delivery, managing multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong quality-of-hire outcomes.
