Your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Deliver impact hires: Manage ~8–10 concurrent roles, achieving quality & efficiency metrics

  • Source and engage niche talent: Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and other areas.

  • Partner with hiring teams: Act as a trusted consultant and process owner, guiding managers through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions.

  • Drive process excellence: Uphold rigor and consistency in ATS workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Enhance TA capability: Share best practices, insights, and market data to help strengthen recruiting acumen across the broader team.

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • Full-cycle Talent Acquisition Expertise: Manages the entire recruitment lifecycle independently across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and other areas.

  • Creative Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Designs and executes data-informed sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Assessment Design & Bias Mitigation: Builds structured, evidence-based interview processes that ensure fairness and predictive validity.

  • Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, balancing business needs with talent quality and process integrity.

  • Operational Rigor & Prioritization: Manages multiple parallel searches efficiently, maintaining process consistency, compliance, and a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

  • Adaptability & Judgement Under Pace: Maintains clarity, composure, and sound decision-making in a high-growth, fast-moving environment, adapting priorities without compromising quality or alignment to mission goals.


Nice to haves:
