Responsabilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver new hire induction and refresher training.
- Liaise with Operations and Quality teams to assess and plan training needs.
- Keep up to date with all processes, procedures, and product changes.
- Review, amend, and update training content as appropriate.
- Measure and analyze training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
- Help design, deliver, and evaluate training for both technical and soft skills.
- Create and administer agent knowledge assessments, analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
