We are looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser Sales Advisor to contribute to the next chapter in Sézane's journey. This position is based in NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX.

Your main responsibilities will be:

As a Visual Merchandiser, your tasks will be (20 hours/week):

Be the guardian of the store's image:

  • Ensure that products are presented in line with Sézane's DNA and in accordance with our merchandising guidelines;
  • Monitor and maintain the image of the store while ensuring its commercial viability;
  • Use the “Merch Checklist” to organize work and identify needs.
  • Have a fashion culture in order to be proactive;
  • Offer customers an inspiring shopping experience.

Raise awareness and train teams in VM:

  • Disseminate and circulate VM information (photos, merch sheets, focus, VM standards, etc.) through active communication;
  • Maintain active communication with managers in order to best meet their expectations.

Oversee the scenography of the Appartements:

  • Be responsible for POS advertising and merchandising materials;
  • Ensure the store is well maintained in collaboration with the maintenance manager at headquarters;
  • Manage and monitor service providers (flowers, books, etc.);
  • Manage special projects and post-renovation reinstallations (window displays, product presentation updates, etc.).

As a Sales Advisor (15 hours/week):

Deliver a unique customer experience:

  • Make the customer the priority in the store to ensure optimal customer service;
  • Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming);
  • Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience;
  • Consider your customers' personalities to identify their desires;
  • Introduce them to the brand and our different worlds/products;
  • Be an ambassador for the brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web);
  • Demonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and products;
  • Be proactive in proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique;
  • Handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy and retain our customers;
  • Be familiar with our CSR policy in order to respond to customers.

Ensure that operations run smoothly:

  • Apply Sézane policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Collect payments and comply with operational procedures;
  • Carry out specific processes (returns, exchanges, reservations);
  • Ensure proper inventory management.

Be a team player:

  • Be a team player, participate in all related tasks;
  • Help create a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy;
  • Relay the brand's commitments.
