About the Role

Longhorn Wine & Spirits is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Office & Operations Support Associate to help support daily warehouse and office operations.

This role is a mix of warehouse office work, order processing, inventory support, cycle counting, forklift operation, and basic Excel reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment but also organized enough to handle paperwork, order printing, inventory tracking, and basic data analysis.

We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Print and prepare daily orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment.
  • Assist with picking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Support daily warehouse office tasks, paperwork, order flow, and communication.
  • Order materials and supplies needed for warehouse operations.
  • Operate a forklift safely when moving product, pallets, or materials.
  • Use Excel to review inventory, track counts, identify discrepancies, and support basic reporting.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Research and report inventory issues, missing items, damaged goods, or stock discrepancies.
  • Help organize warehouse areas, supplies, materials, and product locations.
  • Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and outbound order preparation.
  • Communicate with managers and warehouse team members to keep work moving.
  • Assist with process improvements that make the warehouse more accurate and efficient.

Ideal Candidate

You are organized, dependable, and comfortable doing both office work and warehouse work.

You can use a computer, print orders, work in Excel, and follow detailed processes.

You are hands-on and willing to help with picking, counting, forklift work, materials, and general warehouse needs.

You take inventory accuracy seriously and pay attention to details.

You communicate clearly and show up ready to work.
